Jarred Smith


Jarred Smith is one of the co-founders of NOOMA, along with his brother Brandon and Chris Cummins. Brandon and Jarred are former collegiate and professional hockey players and started NOOMA because they were sick of the sports drinks they were given as athletes. NOOMA is an organic sports drink sold nationwide at retailers including Whole Foods, Fresh Thyme, The Fresh Market, and Walmart. Jarred leads marketing, strategy, and R&D efforts at NOOMA.

Joshua Schall

J. Schall Consulting

Joshua Schall, MBA is a digital-first Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Strategist and Entrepreneur that focuses on the emerging and intersecting categories of value-added (or functional) food, beverage, beauty, personal care, and nutritional supplements. He currently is the owner of J. Schall Consulting, an Austin, TX-based boutique management consulting company that focuses on growth strategies for CPG brands that range from pre-launch to portfolio companies with more than $1 billion in yearly revenue. His dynamic fascination of CPG has allowed him to become an expert at the full entrepreneurial ideation to consumerization cycle.

Marc Lobliner

MTS Nutrition

Marc Lobliner is the owner and CEO of MTS Nutrition, a fast-growing supplement company. Under the MTS Nutrition company, Lobliner created and launched The Outright Bar and Outright Foods, a brand that is rapidly expanding into food, drug, mass, and convenience channels.

In the sports and fitness training field, Lobliner currently works as a strength and conditioning coach for Campton United Soccer Club, in addition to being a professional bodybuilder, amateur boxer, and Crossfit L-1 Certified.

Mark Samuel

IWON Organics

Mark Samuel is an entrepreneur, and father of two, with over 15 years of start-up experience. He is currently the founder and CEO of fast-growing, IWON Organics, a protein and fiber snack company that makes bold, flavor-infused snacks from plant-based proteins like peas, beans and brown rice. IWON (I'm Winning on Nutrition) is focused on healthy snacking and successful, long-term eating habits based on the principles of balanced nutritional profiles, made up of healthy proteins, fats and carbohydrates. IWON's snacks can be found in over 4,000 stores nationwide and that number continues to grow each month.

Tom Morgan

Senior Market Analyst
Lumina Intelligence

Tom is the sports nutrition market analyst for Lumina Intelligence, a new market intelligence tool introduced by William Reed in 2018. With a degree in nutrition with food consumer science and registered as an associate nutritionist, with experience in both consumer insight and product development, he combines the science and market data to give an in-depth look into what is driving the different sectors of the nutri-food space.
