Before joining Balfour, Allen spent a majority of her career as a director of nursing, nursing home administrator and, for the past several years, in both regional and divisional nursing roles for a top 10 senior living provider.

Arrow Senior Living has worked closely with Cora Butler, JD, RN, CHC, over the past several years. She is president and CEO of HealthCore Value Advisors, a company she founded in 2014. Butler was instrumental in assisting with the implementation of state-of-the-art predictive detection technology currently used by Arrow Senior Living to provide a safer, more secure and healthier environment for residents. Before starting her company, Butler was director of commercial operations for Primaris, which at the time was Missouri’s federally designated quality improvement organization.

Kyra Sosnow, MBA, has been with Ultimate Care Management since June 2003. During that time, she has continued to be instrumental in the grand openings and renovations of numerous communities as well as daily operation across all communities. In many respects, Sosnow is the administrative IT glue that keeps Ultimate Care Management up and running. Among her many responsibilities are configuring and maintaining various hardware and software platforms to ensure operational integrity and security.

Lauren Horn, RN, MSN, is the director of advanced clinical solutions in senior living for STANLEY Healthcare. In her many years with the company, she has worked on the clinical impact of both patient and resident safety and security solutions. Horn has authored both technical and thought leadership pieces covering various healthcare topics, including falls, safety and wellness. She has two decades of healthcare education and quality experience garnered in positions such as director of quality for a Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly, or PACE. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Webster University.
