Zack Jenkins joined the Critical Mention team in 2011 as a sales executive, was later promoted to sales director and was promoted again in 2018 to vice president of sales and account management. He currently shapes the organization's sales and go-to-market strategy, as well as negotiating partner agreements. Before joining Critical Mention, Zack worked as a private wealth manager at Allen Partners. He graduated Cum Laude from Boston University and also attended Copenhagen Business School.

Mike is an on-air contributor for CNBC a unit of NBC Universal. He provides expertise as a marketing analyst, guest commentator and contributor, on various industries and topics ranging from tech companies: Facebook, Google, Amazon and Apple, to consumer product companies: Pepsi, P&G, and Nike, to sports: NBA, NFL, and MLB and automotive brands: Tesla, Ford and GM. Mike is also the founder of 2050 Marketing in the Silicon Beach area of Los Angeles.

Martha Miller

VP, CPG and marketplace lead


Martha Miller is a vice president within Ketchum’s CPG practice and is also the DC marketplace lead. In this role, she oversees the Clorox retail business and is responsible for driving forward integrated brand engagement strategies. She has spent 3 years helping to architect PR programming which included launching an innovative new technology to detect coughs and sneezes, kicking off the Clorox brand’s purpose campaign What Comes Next Project, and supporting the brand through the global pandemic leading to a No. 1 rank on the Axios Harris Poll 100 corporate reputation rankings. Prior to her current role, Martha lived in New York City and supported CPG work across accounts on Unilever, Amazon, P&G Prestige and L’Oreal. Martha is an avid podcast listener and enthusiastic Bravo fan, of which she listens/watches both with her dog named Gigi.
