Mike is the Director, Marketing Global Category CoE, Bakery & Snacks Lead, and Marketing Excellence for Ingredion’s Global Texture & Healthful Solutions business where he oversees the design, development and implementation of global category growth and innovation strategies for the business. Mike is a member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team and leverages his passion for marketing strategy and operations to identify new growth opportunities and build brand leadership. Prior to joining Ingredion, Mike held various senior level marketing and business development roles in both the communications and chemical industries.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Penn State University. He also received his MBA from Pepperdine University in Business Management.

Dr. Sarah Tully, Ph.D., is the Applications Innovation Lead within the Global Food Applications team at Ingredion. She works to develop innovation capabilities and pipelines across food categories to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions for customers' current and future needs. Prior to joining Ingredion, Sarah has experience in CPG working in ingredient research, front end innovation, and product development for bakery and confection products. Sarah holds a doctorate in food chemistry from Rutgers University.
