 Harry Boyd Special Projects Lead Monzo Harry set up and now leads Monzo's Homeownership team, having joined to research and define its proposition. Monzo is the only bank in the UK that allows you to see your mortgage in-app, no matter who your lender is. The feature is underpinned by TransUnion data and used by more than 200,000 customers. In the past, he's worked at both ends of scale: having launched an innovative home-buying service Habito Plus at Habito as well as working across Corporate Banking, Business Banking and Mortgages at Barclays.
 Steve Wishart VP Sales – UK Financial Services TransUnion UK With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services spanning MBNA and Morgan Stanley, Steve joined TransUnion in 2015. Now the VP of sales for UK Financial Services, he is responsible for all TransUnion UK Financial Services clients, encompassing Banking, FinTech and Insurance.
With a strong background in fraud operations and fraud strategy, Steve is passionate about optimising customer journeys to help benefit both businesses and consumers. His wealth of industry experience means he has helped numerous organisations transform their customer management strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
 Priyanka Singh Head of Product – Affordability and Open Banking TransUnion UK Priyanka joined TransUnion in 2022 to develop the strategy and roadmap for Open Banking Solutions and Services. She is now shaping their broader Affordability strategy including execution of their joint value proposition with Bud Financial Limited, to bring the next generation of credit, affordability, fraud and consumer products to market for the benefit of clients and consumers.

Caroline joined the Consumer Interactive team at TransUnion in 2019, helping them to triple the number of consumers they support and become the market leading providers of consumer education solutions in the UK.
In her current role as Product Director, Caroline is responsible for the future strategy, product development and pre-sales and consulting activity for the team.  Matt Richardson Senior Fraud Specialist TransUnion UK With a 12-year career spanning fraud prevention solutions, Matt Richardson is a Senior Fraud Specialist at TransUnion UK. For the past 4.5 years, he has worked with organisations across TransUnion’s FinTech vertical, helping clients to successfully navigate the requirements and challenges of identity verification, AML and fraud prevention. Matt is an advocate for using data alongside technology to improve and enhance digital onboarding journeys, having worked with numerous clients to curate layered fraud prevention solutions that are both secure and friction-right.
