As the compensation practice leader with FMI Corporation, Priya is responsible for leading the compensation consulting practice of FMI Compensation. Services provided to clients are primarily focused on the areas of executive compensation, organization wide salary structure development, and short-term and long-term incentive plan design.
Prior to joining FMI, Priya was the senior manager of compensation consulting for CBIZ, where she specialized in designing compensations systems for clients across diverse industries. She has considerable experience in conducting compensation benchmarking studies, developing market- and job evaluation-based salary structures, drafting job documentation and compensation plans, creating performance-based salary increase and incentive programs, assessing FLSA classifications, testing for pay equity, and documenting compensation policies and procedures. Priya is also an experienced expert witness in the area of reasonable executive compensation.
Priya performed financial analysis for an investment banking firm, specializing in the area of public finance, prior to the award of her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and following graduation. In this role, she supported the implementation of financial structures and initiatives for institutions of higher education and renewable energy companies, in particular.
Priya earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and international studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Priya is a member of WorldatWork and is the past president of the Compensation and Benefits Network of Greater St. Louis.
Jen Hawkins

Jen Hawkins is the Director of Industry Digital Transformation at VIATechnik, a VDC strategy and implementation consulting firm. Jen focuses on digitalization of the supply chain; seamlessly connecting building product distributors, fabricators, and manufactures to their Customers through content, turning data into digital assets to power the digital supply chain.
With a background in architecture, engineering, and construction, Jen has worked on world-class projects leading design integration, design for manufacturing, project execution, research, and product development. She previously worked at DPR Construction and Digital Building Components.
Jen has a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and was a research assistant at the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE). Jen also holds a Masters of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Myers
President SoCal Region
McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
Based in the firm’s Newport Beach office, Myers is responsible for the financial performance and overall operations of McCarthy in Southern California. These duties include participation on McCarthy’s executive committee and board as well as overseeing the marketing, estimating, scheduling, safety, administrative and financial functions throughout the region, which includes the firm’s full-service Newport Beach and San Diego offices.
With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Myers began his construction career with McCarthy as an intern while earning his construction engineering and management degree from Purdue University. He joined McCarthy full time as a project engineer in 1998, departing briefly to help start up a small general contracting firm prior to joining Castle Contracting, LLC in 2001 as a project manager/estimator. While at Castle, Myers was instrumental in helping grow the business and in 2006, Myers was promoted to vice president and eventually named chief operating officer in 2008. In 2014, McCarthy acquired Castle and Myers returned to McCarthy. In 2016 Myers was named McCarthy executive vice president and a member of the McCarthy Executive Committee.
