 Stanley Julien Stanley is currently Head, Special Accounts Management Unit – Canada for BMO Financial Group. In this role, Stanley is responsible for maximizing the economic return to the Enterprise on assets placed under his administration, thus minimizing loan losses to the Enterprise. The mandate of Stanley and his team is to restructure, upgrade and repatriate Problem Accounts to the originating Operating Group.
Prior to his most recent appointment, Stanley was Managing Director, Special Accounts Management Unit responsible for leading a team of senior account managers engaged in the restructuring and management of the Bank’s high-risk commercial loans portfolio.
Stanley is involved in a number of volunteer activities and enjoys coaching and mentoring young people. Stanley currently sits on the Program Advisory Board of Centennial College and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. He is co-founder of the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals and former Chair of the BBPA National Scholarship Fund.
Stanley is a graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, an MBA from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
 Natalie Redda Diversity, Equity, & Belonging Trainer/ Engagement Lead BPTN Natalie Redda is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion specialist with a background in creating DEI strategies for organizations looking to begin or further their DEI journey. Her background in community work, public consultations, and research led her to DEI where she could help turn interest and intention into actions. With a history in private and public organizations, Natalie has worked on several strategies that focus on staff as well customers/ service users.
Here at BPTN, Natalie is the DEI Trainer and Engagement lead where she has the pleasure of not only teaching people about the Black experience in workplaces, but also walking people through what they can do about it. Her approach is to not shy away from tough conversations and lead with vulnerability to avoid unanswered questions.
