Jace joined ADT Commercial in 2019 with over eight years of combined security experience, both in the military and private enterprise. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he was responsible for creating risk assessments and risk analysis plans for bases, including Lajes Field, Fairchild Air Force Base, and Hickam Air Force Base. Jace’s body of work includes creating numerous active shooter response plans for elementary schools and private businesses. Jace gained extensive training, leadership experience, and project management skills while managing and supervising his own training department at Lajes Air Base. During that time, Jace scheduled, supervised, and trained all U.S. Air Force Security personnel along with Portuguese Security Response members.
As a Manager and Security Consultant on the eSRG team, Jace incorporates his experiences to provide a distinct perspective in the world of risk assessment and risk analysis. His attention to detail, ability to manage resources, and capability to sustain applicable procedures allows him to adeptly support eSRG projects and ensure team success.

Pfister Award for Excellence in the Telecommunications Industry recognizing lifetime achievement, sponsored by the University of South Florida, College of Engineering. Steve is also a member of the Security Industry Association’s Marketing & Membership Working Committee.
