Stephen Spletzer has spent over two decades of his career in HVACR applications, working for both equipment and refrigerant manufacturers. His responsibilities have included equipment design and testing, tech service and support, industry training, and development of educational programs, literature, and mobile applications. Now with Chemours, Stephen continues to support our industry through Codes & Standards activities, where he serves on a number of committees and working groups related to ACR systems.

• Allison Skidd is a regulatory professional with 25 years of industry experience and a degree in chemical engineering. As Director of Regulatory Affairs for global HVACR at Rheem, Allison participates in industry advocacy efforts to shape policy, navigating energy efficiency and refrigerant transition matters at the state, federal and international levels. Before joining Rheem in 2020, she held manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing roles within the chemical industry. Allison serves on model code bodies, including IAPMO and ICC, and participates in multiple industry committees and associations.
