 Stephen Spletzer Principal Engineer Chemours Stephen Spletzer has spent over two decades of his career in HVACR applications, working for both equipment and refrigerant manufacturers. His responsibilities have included equipment design and testing, tech service and support, industry training, and development of educational programs, literature, and mobile applications. Now with Chemours, Stephen continues to support our industry through Codes & Standards activities, where he serves on a number of committees and working groups related to ACR systems.
 Allison Skidd Sr. Manager Global Regulatory Affairs Rheem Manufacturing Allison Skidd is a chemical engineer and 20+ year industry expert who has worked in production, supply chain, sales, marketing and now currently in the government affairs space as the Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs for the air business at Rheem. Allison is very involved in industry advocacy efforts to facilitate the safe transition to low-GWP refrigerants at the state, federal and international levels. Allison serves on multiple code bodies and industry committees, including task forces for the Air-conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC).
