The most challenging threat vectors for security and risk management executives are those posed by employees. Workplace violence presents a great risk to organizations because it is hard to detect and almost impossible to prevent. This webinar will provide a short review of two case studies, lessons learned and challenges that exist today for workplace violence programs. Learning Objectives:
- Discuss a major workplace violence incident and lessons learned.
- Consider critical elements important to establishing a workplace violence program.
- Explore communication strategies used to train organizations on indicators of workplace violence.
- Identify other considerations related to privacy, legal, and COVID-19 implications.
