Brendan O'Donnell

Brendan served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1W “SuperCobra” attack helicopter pilot and instructor. After leaving active duty, Brendan joined the technology and management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). There he implemented new processes to improve major systems development and acquisition with the Department of Homeland Security. He has broad experience helping acquisition and Science and Technology program managers develop and manage requirements, draft program documentation, and interface with prime contractors. He has supported the FACE Consortium Business Working Group since 2012 and is the former FACE Business Working Group Vice Chair.
In addition to his work supporting government customers, Brendan has worked with aerospace and defense companies to develop in-depth market analyses and strategic recommendations for commercializing emerging technologies.
Brendan earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is DAWIA Level III certified in Life Cycle Logistics and Level II certified in Program Management.
Jason York
Sr. Software Analyst

Jason York is a Senior Software Analyst contractor supporting U.S Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation (AVN) matrixed from U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (DEVCOM AvMC). He has been an active participant in FACE Consortium for over 10 years primarily supporting Business Working Group (BWG), Steering Committee and numerous standing committees. Jason is a principal author of FACE Contract Guide, FACE Business Guide and Open Systems Management Plan (OSMP) Data Item Description (DID) [DI-MGMT-82099]. He currently supports the PEO AVN Modular Open System Approach (MOSA) Transformation Effort and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Contracting for MOSA Tiger Team. Jason holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH).
Christopher Crook

Christopher Crook is a Senior Software Analyst supporting Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation (AVN). He develops technical solutions and provides guidance in the areas of open system architectures, as well as new airborne technologies. He currently serves as the Technical Working Group (TWG) Chair for the Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACETM) Consortium. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Troy University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University
