Michelle's primary focus is consulting and training with ISO/IEC 17025 and TNI Accredited laboratories in the environmental industry. She began her career at a large corporate environmental laboratory and has also gained experience in pharmaceuticals and contract research organizations. Throughout her career, Michelle has taken on various roles, including field sampler, analyst, quality control specialist, and laboratory safety officer. With over a decade of experience as an assessor and Drinking Water Certification Officer, she has worked extensively with both ISO and State accreditation bodies. Michelle is actively involved with the Quality Systems Committee of The NELAC Institute. She is a former member of the EPA's federal advisory committee on laboratory accreditation (ELAB) and frequently presents on quality systems and laboratory best practices at conferences across the United States.
