Michelle Wade holds a B.S. in Forensic Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and an M.S. in Forensic Science from the University of Florida. She has extensive experience in the environmental laboratory industry, specializing in field sampling, analytical testing, operations management, and regulatory compliance. For more than 15 years, she has served as a TNI Assessor and Drinking Water Certification Officer.

Michelle provides nationwide assessment, training, and consulting services, working with multiple states, A2LA, and independent organizations. She is an active leader within The NELAC Institute (TNI), having served on numerous committees and workgroups, including as Chair of the Chemistry Expert Committee, Vice Chair of the Consensus Standards Development Committee and Quality Systems Expert Committee, and Region 7 Director for FSEA, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing industry standards and best practices.
