Marvin Lahoud
General Manager

Marvin Lahoud is General Manager at Tocci Building Corporation. He oversees Operations, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources. His responsibilities include designing strategy and setting goals for growth, controlling budgets and optimizing expenses, and ensuring employees are motivated and productive. Marvin has a BE in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from HEC Paris. He has over six years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise in performance management elevates project team effectiveness to contribute to excellent and consistent results. During off hours, Marvin enjoys working on relief programs for refugees in Lebanon, investing in financial markets, and spending time with his young daughter, Nora.
Ken Johnston
Senior Project Manager
The Walsh Group
Ken Johnston is a senior project manager at The Walsh Group and has managed some of the firms largest commercial, hospitality and historic restoration projects across the City of Chicago. Ken leads multiple components of a project from on-site staffing to subcontractor relationships to project schedule and the administration of quality and safety programs. Ken has managed a diverse range of projects throughout his 20-year career, including the recent transformation of Chicago's old Cook County Hospital, a historic landmark that was left vacant for 15 years, then transformed into a dual branded Hyatt Hotel. He was also the project lead on the award-winning adaptive re-use of the Art-Deco Chicago Motor Club, converting the historic high-rise into a Hampton Inn. Ken is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering.
