Few things have influenced global food and drink innovation more over the past two years than the proliferation of plant-based protein products. The movement has had a considerable impact on the retail and foodservice sectors. Activity in the area is only intensifying as consumers debate issues such as the environmental impact of meat production and its role in a healthy diet.

Food Manufacture proudly presents The future of plant-based proteins: roots of further growth, following the resounding success of publisher William Reed’s Shaping the Future of Plant-Based Protein conference in 2019.

We invite ingredients and finished product manufacturers, brands and retailers to attend this event on 31 March 2021, to look at the most significant international start-ups, product launches and emerging trends.
