Elliott Kenton Partner Weightmans Elliott Kenton is a partner and health and safety expert at national law firm Weightmans. Specialising in criminal and regulatory matters, he regularly advises companies relating to their health and safety obligations, provides incident response advice and undertakes internal investigations following a health and safety incident.
Kenton has acted for clients across all sectors subject to health and safety investigation and enforcement including prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and local authorities.
Jeff Marston Group safety and environmental manager AB Agri Jeff Marston joined what is now AB Agri in 1992 as regional operations managers at the firm’s site in Sherburn, North Yorkshire. Following the acquisition of the business by Associated British Foods (ABF) in 1994 he spent six years working in IT as operations systems manager, before moving to the health safety and environment role in 2000. Since then the business has grown significantly becoming a global business which now employs 3,000 people across 77 sites around the world.
Marston is a chartered member of IOSH and a member of both IEMA an IIRSM, while he also chairs the Agricultural Supply Industries Safety Forum and the Feed Manufacturing Committee which deals with environmental issues.
