
Jeff Greaves
Automotive Business Unit Manager
Jeff Greaves is the Automotive Business Unit Manager and is responsible for the ISO/TS 16949 program for NSF-ISR. He has 22 years of management systems experience and over 10 years of industrial experience as a quality and engineering professional where he specialized in the design, development and implementation of production processes and systems.
He has worked closely with most major automotive and heavy trucking OEM’s. Mr. Greaves has been instrumental in implementing the various OEM quality requirements and has conducted numerous internal and supplier audits. He is an RAB QMS Lead Auditor, an IATF ISO/TS 16949 Lead Auditor and an ISO 14001 auditor. He received a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Waterloo and an Master of Engineering in Engineering Mgt from The University of Western Ontario.

Joy Keniston

Environmental, Health & Safety Business Unit Manager
Joy is a graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle, where she graduated from the School of Public Health and Safety with a Masters in Public Health, a BS in Environmental Health/Safety, and a BA in Spanish. She is a licensed professional environmental engineer, registered sanitarian, certified in arctic/cold regions and is bilingual in English/Spanish.
Specialized expertise in the areas of environmental health and safety, including utilities, transportation, air quality, asset management, greenhouse gas/carbon-footprints and environmental program policies, protection, and compliance.

Martin Willem
Quality Management Systems Business Unit Manager
Martin Willem is the Business Unit Manager for the QMS program at NSF-ISR. He has 20 years in the third-party certification business, covering a wide variety of functions including auditing, training, public speaking, mentoring and operational management (both domestic and international). Prior to that, Mr. Willem had 8 years of industrial engineering and quality management experience at organizations serving the aerospace, automotive and metal fabrication industries. Martin maintains credentials as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, TS 16949 and AS9100.

Don McFarland
Aerospace Technical Scheme Manager
Mr. McFarland is the Aerospace Technical Scheme Manager for NSF-ISR, NSF International. He has worked as a Quality Engineer, Quality Director, Facility Security Officer, Consultant, Lead Auditor and Auditing Instructor in various aerospace, medical and commercial goods manufacturing organizations. In addition to being an authenticated Aerospace Auditor, Mr. McFarland is a Master IPC Trainer for the IPC (electronics) certification suite (except 7711/21) and has served on the authoring committees of IPC-A-610, J-Std-001 and IPC-630, along with a period of service on the U.S.-based ISO 9001 TAG 176. He resides in northern Utah with his wife Nikkala and their four children.

Mike McRandall
Business Unit Manager
Mike grew up in the Aerospace and Defense sector working with fixed wing and rotor aircraft before moving into missile defense and sensor systems. He transitioned to the Certification Body side about 6 years ago and have been the Business Unit manager for Aerospace, here at NSF, for 4 years now and maintains credentials as a Lead Auditor (AEA) for AS9100.
