Pavan Singh is Vice President of Product Management at Lynx Software Technology. In his role, he is responsible for product strategy, product management and product marketing. Pavan joined Lynx in 2019 after spending 15+ years in product related roles in technology companies ranging from startups to established corporations. During his tenure at Cisco, Pavan helped Cisco and its customers drive innovation by identifying promising marketing opportunities and incubate new business. Most recently, he led product management at Wind River for its open source based IoT edge portfolio. Pavan is also a recognized thought leader and speaker on Internet of Things with a focus on mobility, industrial and enterprise. Pavan is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and has earned a MS from Texas A& M and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ben Brosgol
Senior Technical Staff, Adacore
Vice Chair – FACE™ Technical Working Group (TWG)
Dr. Benjamin Brosgol is a member of AdaCore's senior technical staff. He has been involved with programming language design and implementation throughout his career, concentrating on languages and technologies for high-assurance software. Dr. Brosgol was a member of the design team for Ada 95, and he has also served in the Expert Groups for several Java Specification Requests. He is an active member of the Technical Working Group of The Open Group's Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE™) Consortium and has written articles and delivered talks on FACE related technologies at several FACE Technical Interchange Meetings. Dr. Brosgol has presented papers and tutorials on high-assurance software on numerous occasions, including ESC (Embedded Systems Conference), ICSE (IEEE/ACM International Conference on Software Engineering), IEEE Security Development (SecDev), STC (Software Technology Conference), ACM SIGAda, and Ada-Europe. Dr. Brosgol holds a BA in Mathematics from Amherst College, and MS and PhD degrees in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Chip Downing
Senior Market Development Director, Aerospace & Defense

Chip Downing is the Senior Market Development Director of Aerospace and Defense at Real-Time Innovations (RTI). In this position he manages RTI’s global aerospace and defense business and helps drive the Open Management Group (OMG) Data Distribution Service (DDS) industry standard into the commercial and military aerospace market with RTI’s Connext DDS software, now used by over 250 global aerospace and defense customers in over 1,000 design wins.
Mr. Downing serves as the elected Business Working Group (BWG) Chair of the joint industry/government Open Group Future Airborne Capabilities Environment (FACE™) Consortium. In this role, he is driving standards-based design efficiencies proven in commercial avionics systems, into next generation military avionics systems. For the last five years he has also served as the Chair of the FACE Consortium BWG Outreach Subcommittee, promoting the FACE approach globally.
Mr. Downing is a veteran of the embedded systems industry and a pioneer in COTS safety certification for commercial RTOSs. Previously, he was Senior Director of Aerospace & Defense at Wind River Systems where he was responsible for business development for the company’s global A&D markets. During his 14-year Wind River tenure, design wins for certified avionics products grew to more than 500 projects. Mr. Downing has also led sales, marketing, and consulting organizations at Esterel Technologies (now Ansys), Validated Software, OnCore Systems, and Mentor Graphics (now Siemens).
