How Your Food Safety Program Can Overcome the Challenges of Pathogen Detection

ON DEMAND UNTIL JANUARY 14, 2022

Duration:60 minutes

In a world of unpredictable food recalls, having the correct pathogen detection system can provide confidence in a laboratory’s testing abilities, even when it comes to the most challenging matrices such as herbs, spices, and cocoa. PerkinElmer is proud to present an in-depth panel discussion on the challenges within pathogen testing and how the development of the company’s Solus One range helps support food safety. Ask our leading panel of experts to provide their insights on the process of keeping food safe with food testing and environmental monitoring.

During this webinar, learn about:
  • The importance of validating specific matrices and how they are beneficial to customers
  • How to optimize cost and workflow efficiency in the testing supply chain
  • The process by which Solus One helps mitigate pathogen contamination risk, affects your food safety plan, and offers significant operational benefits
  • How the ELISA methodology compares to molecular and culture-based assays

Speakers
