As the Leader of DPR’s Data Analytics group, Hrishi Maha helps drive DPR’s Data Strategy and make DPR a data-driven organization. With more than 11 years of industry experience, he has been involved with various projects at DPR for bringing efficiencies in the construction process and implementing Business Intelligence across the company. Hrishi works cross-functionally to implement short- and long-term strategies that provide direction on how Data and Predictive Analytics can make help making quick decisions that align with DPR’s goal to increase efficiency in construction, bringing value to customers.

Patrick Eldridge started in the AEC industry working as a co-op for a plumbing contractor during the great recession. After starting at KLH, Patrick was drawn to creating and programming tools for engineers and other members of the AEC value stream. After five years at the company, Patrick has released several tools that drive the company and our clients forward in the industry. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Since 2016 KLH has been on a journey to move the industry forward and having a software department to bring innovative ideas to life.

Mike MacBean is a seasoned construction industry leader with over 14 years in the industry. He is an expert in structural concrete construction with a wide range of projects, including high-rise, mixed-use, residential, civic, and corporate campus projects. With his background as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Superintendent, he brings a strong focus on planning and site logistics to each project he oversees. His passion is to build better and smarter – bringing old school chops and cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional projects to the client. And he has the cutest daughter in the world!

Karthik Venkatasubramanian is currently a vice president at Oracle wherein he has global responsibility for defining and delivering the data strategy within Oracle Construction and Engineering. In a career spanning 20 years across 4 continents, Karthik has been instrumental in building digital capabilities from the ground-up across many industries and organizations where he has successfully led several large-scale transformation programs that have been the featured in case studies, patent applications, industry publications and international conferences. He has an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication and a MBA from Melbourne Business School. He is also part of the Industry Advisory Board within the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Deakin Business School. Karthik is a passionate believer in creative innovation through the use of technology and infuses an element of “dataism” in almost everything he does. His current focus is on the application of data science techniques in solving real-world construction and engineering problems.
