Jessica Sager
Jessica Sager is the co-founder and chief executive officer of All Our Kin, a nonprofit that trains, supports and sustains family child care providers to ensure that children and families have the foundation for success in school and in life. Through All Our Kin, caregivers succeed as business owners; working parents find stable, high-quality care for their children; and children receive early learning experiences that lay the groundwork for achievement in school and beyond. A graduate of Barnard College and Yale Law School, Jessica co-teaches a Yale University seminar on “Child Care, Society, and Public Policy,” and is a trustee of the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund. She has provided commentary on child care issues for Time, The Hill, New America, New York Daily News, and Education Week, and has received numerous awards for her work with All Our Kin. Most recently, she was named to the CARE 100 list of the Americans doing the most to re-imagine and re-humanize our care system.

Jane Lee
As an All Our Kin Business Coach, Jane trains, coaches and teaches business topics to family child care educators in Connecticut and beyond. Before joining the All Our Kin team in 2016, Jane worked in various central finance and business operations roles at Yale University, including as the Senior Director of Budget and Planning and as the Lead Administrator of Yale College and the Graduate School. Jane has also worked with several small businesses and start-ups. Jane has a B.A. in Art History from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. She is a board member at Read to Grow and a volunteer with SCORE, Counselors to America’s Small Business.
