Liz Pagel is responsible for the strategy, market planning and financial performance of the consumer lending line of business, including personal, student, and retail installment lending. Prior to TransUnion, Pagel was a Principal on the financial services team at the Boston Consulting Group, focused on projects driving growth strategy and operational efficiency. She began her career as a credit underwriter for JPMorgan’s commercial lending business.
Pagel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and English from Boston College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kristen Bataillon leads strategic planning for TransUnion’s Financial Services vertical. She’s an experienced speaker and researcher with work featured in leading media outlets, such as the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Forbes. Bataillon has nearly 20 years of experience working in consulting and leadership capacities for such companies as Deloitte, Allianz and Rotary International.
Bataillon holds an engineering degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in analytics from the University of Chicago.
