Personal Loan Performance During Times of Stress

Date aired:3/24/2020

Duration:60 minutes

We’ve entered unchartered times. Lenders looking for insights on consumer financial health in the coming weeks and months can learn from other serious market disruptions in the past two decades.

This webinar will feature performance of unsecured personal loans issued before and during regional economic downturns, including the dot-com crash in Silicon Valley, Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and the auto industry downturn in Detroit.

We’ll share insights to help you answer critical questions, such as:
  • How do personal loans perform in unfavorable economic environments?
  • Do negative economic events increase or decrease volumes of personal loans?
  • How can we extrapolate these learnings to apply to all lenders in the current environment?
