Mr. Jokovic is the Chief Executive Officer of Cboe Australia (formerly Chi-X Australia), joining the organisation in January 2018. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Chi-X, he was with Deutsche Bank for over 26 years, most recently as Managing Director, Co- Head of Global Markets Debt and Equity. He was a senior member of the Deutsche Bank Executive Committee as well as several Global and Regional Executive Committees and was most recently a Board Member of Wilson’s stockbroking, Craig Investment Partners NZ and Deutsche Securities Australia Ltd.

Chris Isaacson

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Cboe Global Markets, Inc.

Mr. Isaacson is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Cboe Global Markets, Inc., joining the firm in 2017 as Chief Information Officer during the Bats Global Markets acquisition. A founding Bats employee in 2005, he played a major role in developing the firm into an innovative, world-class technology and markets powerhouse. He began his career as a software engineer at Cerner Corp., a healthcare information systems supplier. Previously, he was a software developer at Tradebot Systems, a broker-dealer, from 2003 to 2005. In 2018, Institutional Investor placed Isaacson at No. 1 in its “Tech 40” ranking of top technology professionals in financial services.

David Howson

Executive Vice President, President

Cboe Global Markets

Mr. Howson is Executive Vice President and President for Cboe Global Markets, overseeing Cboe’s business lines globally, including equities, derivatives, global FX, data and access solutions, and listings, as well as derivatives strategy and The Options Institute. Previously, Mr. Howson was Executive Vice President, President, Cboe Europe and Asia Pacific, and President, Cboe Europe, and Chief Operating Officer of Cboe Europe from 2013 to 2020, overseeing the company’s software engineering, infrastructure and operational teams. Prior to Cboe, Mr. Howson was a founding member and Chief Technology Officer at Equiduct Systems Ltd., where he helped establish Equiduct as a pan-European Regulated Market. Prior to Equiduct, Mr. Howson was solutions architect and principal consultant at Reuters Consulting. His work included implementing and integrating a pan-European equities trading platform for Nasdaq Europe, as well as the architecture and implementation of the Super Montage Hybrid trading system for Nasdaq Deutschland. Later, as principal consultant to the Nasdaq Stock Market based in the U.S., Mr. Howson managed the redesign and deployment of several Nasdaq Market Site systems.

Mike Aikins

Vice President, Operations and Technology

Cboe Australia

Mr. Aikins is the Vice President of Operations and Technology for Cboe Australia. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the architecture, deployment and management of secure distributed systems. Prior to joining Chi-X Australia as its founding CTO, he was co-founder of a specialist IT Architecture and Strategy Advisory company focused exclusively on capital markets – the Centre for Securities Industry Strategy (CSIC).  As the lead consultant, he developed and deployed major IT architecture and technology strategy plans in major capital market venues in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the USA and Europe.  From an early career on the vendor side of technology, he moved into capital markets via senior technology planning and management roles within the Australian Stock Exchange – including being the first CTO and the first national head of telecommunications for the ASX.

Oran Darcy

Director - Investment Products

Cboe Australia

Mr. D’Arcy leads the Investment product efforts to launch new markets at Cboe Australia (formerly Chi-X), joining the organisation in June 2021. Oran has over 15 years' financial markets experience across Europe and Australia. Prior to joining Chi-X Oran was National Business Development Manager for ASX Investments Products where his role focused on the sales and distribution of the ASX Investment products suite and product optimisation strategies. Prior to ASX Oran worked at Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Funds Group, holding roles within investment services, securities lending and fixed income trading functions.
