Food Safety: Aim for Continuous Improvement

On Demand Until July 29, 2022

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

Food safety is a critical focus among dairy processors — and for good reason. Product contamination — and the recalls and potential illnesses associated with it — can be costly and hurt a brand’s image.

This webinar will discuss how dairy processors could approach safety efforts with an eye on continuous improvement.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand how to create a food safety culture within the plant.
  • Learn how to effectively maintain — and build on — that food safety culture.
  • Learn about the food safety resources available to dairy processors via the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy.
