ON DEMAND THROUGH SEPTEMBER 22, 2023
Abstract:
Capital programs are increasing in complexity! Projects often vary in size, complexity, delivery methods, and required governance and controls. It’s common to see multiple point solutions or even multiple environments of a single program management information system (PMIS) being used to manage projects within a program. But this leads to data silos, making it difficult to keep everyone on the same page and fully understand the health of the entire portfolio. Join our panel of experts to learn how they’re successfully managing complex programs within a single platform. During this webinar, attendees will learn:
- What diverse and complex portfolios look like today
- How to set yourself up for success
- Technology leveraged today to manage your diverse and complex portfolio

Nicholas Johnson Chief Evangelist Kahua Nicholas Johnson comes to Kahua with over 40 years’ experience in the design and construction industry. Starting his career as an electrical designer and drafter, he was among the first to create a career around CAD/CAM technology. Since that time Nicholas has held sales leadership positions at Autodesk, Trimble Connected Water, Beck Technology, and Trimble e-Builder.
