At TD, Laolu is part of the Canadian Personal Banking Data Management and Governance team and has had a successful track record supporting transformative projects within the organization. Prior to TD, Laolu has demonstrated work experiences in the Healthcare and Insurance industries. She obtained an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and is a contributing member of the Funmi Adewole Foundation dedicated to supporting quality education and promoting cancer awareness initiatives in the United States and Africa. Chidera Okoma joined TD in February 2021 as a Data and Analytics Associate and is currently working with the Product Analytics team focused on optimizing risk vs profitability trade-offs across lending products. Before joining TD, Chidera completed her Masters in Data Science (Computational Linguistics) from the University of British Columbia and worked briefly with Unbounce were she used machine learning and natural language processing to automate and highlight customer pain-points.
