.png) According to recent research from Current Global, Magna and IPG Media Lab, people with disabilities feel left out and frustrated by brands that fail to make their communications accessible. This audience represents 15% of the global population – or 1 billion people – many of whom regularly consume content.
It’s important for marketers to make this a priority, especially in an era where consumers, particularly younger ones, expect brands to act with more purpose than ever before.
But how do you do that? Discover the how and why in this webcast, presented by Current Global, whose Accessible by Design initiative was named a Fast Company 2021 World Changing Idea.
During these 60 minutes, industry leaders and accessibility champions will discuss:
• Proprietary data on media habits of people with disabilities and what brands need to know • Overcoming the challenges many assistive tools present to the consumption of content • Rethinking social media platforms so they are easier to navigate • Blending creativity and accessibility when it comes to content • Five things you can do now to make your content accessible • And much more Speakers: -Virginia Devlin, CEO, Current Global -Becky Kekula, Disability Equality Index Director, Disability:IN -Kara Manatt, SVP, Intelligence Solutions, MAGNA -Sena Pottackal, Junior Associate, DEI and Corporate, Current Global and NextGen Leader, Disability:IN
