As the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Dream Motor Group which includes 4 Mercedes-Benz locations across the southeast – Amy Rothenberger is responsible for building and maintaining the websites, social media content, online reputation management, and digital and print communications across both Sales and Fixed Operations. She comes with 18 years automotive experiences where 13 were spent in the very competitive California market. Since 2006 she has navigated the ever changing landscape of online and digital marketing solutions, metrics and trends, and brings a unique skill set to the table. Launching 5 dealerships from the ground-up and building reputations and branding from ground zero takes a special understanding and blend of metrics, demographics, culture, and people.

Courtney Titus Barr

Digital Marketing Manager, Bruce Titus Automotive Group

Courtney Titus Barr has a degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University in California and has 10+ years of digital marketing experience. Since joining Bruce Titus Auto Group three years ago as their Digital Marketing Manager, she has advanced to a Senior position and currently manages all marketing efforts for their six brands.


Courtney’ a big picture strategist that is able to connect-the-dots and excels in propelling growth through unique and creative market penetration strategies.

Jess Johnson

Senior Dealer Success Representative, Outsell

Jess Johnson has a degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota. Since joining Outsell two years ago as a Dealer Success Representative, she has advanced to a Senior position and currently manages several large dealer groups across the United States. Prior to starting her professional career at Outsell, Jess held intern roles experience focusing on social media marketing and general marketing at DAYTA Marketing and Townsquare Media respectfully. Jess’ experience with dealer groups allows her to provide consultative feedback and support to assist them in creating lasting relationships with their customers and prospects. She is a trusted advisor to her dealers as well as a rock star associate at Outsell.
