Matt Crotty is an Application Development Chemist at Clariant in the Industrial and Consumer Specialties Business Unit. He started with Clariant in 2018 after graduating with a degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech. He has assisted with and has led numerous projects, developing multiple paint formulations and pigment dispersions with a particular focus in waterborne architectural paints. He enjoys the challenges of finding solutions and innovations for real world problems in the coatings industry.
