Laura V. Morrison is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Listings at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe). In her role, Morrison oversees the company’s listings business, developing strategy for new launches and transfers as well as overseeing the market quality incentive programs in the U.S. and Europe.
An exchange industry veteran, Morrison joined Cboe from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) where she spent 20 years in leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Index and Exchange Traded Products, leading the team which managed ETF listings and trading, as well as the NYSE index business. Morrison played a leading role in bringing new and innovative ETF products to market while launching key market quality programs and growing the NYSE’s ETF issuer base to record numbers.
Previously at NYSE, Morrison held senior-level positions as Managing Director, Member Firm Sales, and Managing Director, NYSE Global Listings Group. She also worked at a NYSE specialist unit, CMJ Partners L.P., after beginning her career at Barnett Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In 2018, Cboe Global Markets earned the Best North American Exchange for Listings ETFs by ETF Express under Morrison’s leadership. In 2017, she was awarded the Fund Marketer of the Year at the Mutual Fund Awards recognized for her efforts to help ETF providers compete with more established offerings. She also served on the founding board of Women in ETFs from 2015 to 2017 and remains instrumental in the growth of the organization.
Morrison serves as a board member for the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) Foundation Board and the ICI ETF Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the Standard & Poor’s Index Committee. Morrison received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with a minor in marketing from Western Michigan University. She holds a Series 7 license.

Jon ‘DRJ’ Najarian was linebacker for the Chicago Bears before he turned to another kind of contact sport – trading on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He became a member of the CBOE, NYSE, CME and CBOT and worked as a floor trader for some 25 years. In 1990 he founded Mercury Trading, a market-making firm at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), which he sold in 2004 to Citadel, one of the world’s largest hedge funds. In 2005 Jon co-founded optionMONSTER and tradeMONSTER. He partnered with private equity firm General Atlantic Partners in 2014 and they sold the firm to E*Trade for $750 million in September of 2016. Today, he is a professional investor, money manager and media analyst. Jon has earned a reputation in the industry as an options trading expert and pioneer. He developed and patented trading applications and algorithms used to identify unusual activity in stock, options, and futures markets. optionMONSTER, the options news and education site he co-founded, was described by Securities Industry News as “content king of the options business.” For years, tradeMONSTER was consistently rated “Best for Options Traders” by Barron’s and was the first online broker to deploy streaming, desktop-like trading in a web browser. Jon can be seen weekly on CNBC, where he is cast member of the “Halftime Report” and “Fast Money” shows. Jon and Pete invest in and work with start-ups via Rebellion Partners, a venture consulting firm they launched in 2015. In 2016 Jon and Pete co-founded Market Rebellion, a company focused on educating the individual investor.

Prior to joining Innovator, Graham was SVP - head of product & research at Elkhorn Investments and a Senior Strategist at Invesco PowerShares. He has been quoted in CNBC.com, TheStreet.com, FA magazine, FOX Business and Investopedia.com. Graham is a CFA charter holder, a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College.
