Nick Bagatelos
With more than 25 years of strategic experience in the manufacturing industry, Nick Bagatelos is a unique entrepreneur who is both a visionary and a pragmatic leader. The evolution of BAGS grew from a partnership with his father in 1987, where they formed a non-union glass company in Sacramento, Calif. Nick leveraged his business acumen with his father’s prior 30 years of experience in the glass business. In 1997, in an effort to continue to grow and expand, Nick and his brother Chris opened BAGS, as a regional union glazier to design, manufacture and install large curtain wall projects. Today, Nick has spearheaded LEAN Manufacturing practices throughout the company, including a complete Net-Zero Energy retrofit of their corporate and manufacturing location in Sacramento. Nick has expanded the company to installations across the State of California and specializes in large design build projects. Notable projects include the Sacramento Kings Arena, Anaheim Convention Center, and several major expansions of LAX.
