Bill Dungey is the Manager of Field Applications and Services for IDEXX Water, where he leads a team focused on helping customers successfully adopt, implement, and optimize innovative water microbiology testing solutions. With more than 18 years of experience in the water industry, Bill has served in customer-facing roles ranging from inside sales and field sales to field applications and service leadership.

Drawing on years of experience working closely with water testing laboratories, Bill collaborates across teams to develop programs and strategies that improve customer adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success with IDEXX Water solutions. His team supports municipal, commercial, government, and military laboratories throughout North America.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Networking.
