Phil Weiser is the 39th Attorney General of Colorado. As the state’s chief legal officer, Weiser is committed to protecting the people of Colorado and building a law office that will serve all Coloradans effectively. Previously, Attorney General Weiser served as a Professor of Law and Dean of the University of Colorado Law School. He also served as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice and as Senior Advisor for Technology and Innovation at the White House’s National Economic Council.

Program Manager, AARP ElderWatch
Mark Fetterhoff, Program Manager, ElderWatch in Denver, has worked on education and outreach to older adults for over 10 years. Mark currently works with a crew of dedicated volunteers to address thousands of inquiries each month about fraud, scams and financial exploitation as part of the AARP ElderWatch and AARP Fraud Watch Network.
Jan Zavislan
Jan Zavislan has been with the Colorado Attorney General’s office for close to 30 years. Jan has prosecuted many companies who violate the Colorado Consumer Protection Act and he is well versed on many of the frauds and scam happening in Colorado.
