Krysta has over 25 years of tax experience, 20 of which were spent working in the tax group of an accounting firm, before transitioning to a consultant role at CI Assante Private Client. Krysta has a wide range of experience including, personal, corporate and trust taxation as well as corporate reorganizations, cross-border taxation, US taxation and estate planning. Krysta provides tax consulting services to clients of Assante Private Client as well as CI Private Wealth.

Marcel has over 30 years' experience helping clients navigate complex tax issues by finding innovative and effective solutions to address their needs. Specifically, Marcel provides a wide array of tax and business planning advice related to corporate and personal tax, estate & succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and mergers & acquisitions for business owners, professionals, and other affluent individuals and their families. Marcel joined CI Private Wealth in 2019 after working in public practice with regional and national accounting firms serving businesses and families throughout Eastern Canada. As the Director of Tax Planning, Marcel manages a team of professionals that provide tax planning solutions for clients across Canada. Marcel is a chartered professional accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia and a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.
