The Federal Reserve is entering a seemingly new, accommodative phase that increases the prospects for stabilizing and even declining interest rates. But what does this mean for commercial real estate and REITs? Will the end of the Fed’s tightening cycle herald a recovery for REIT performance? Will the private-public real estate valuation gap close in 2024? What sectors could present growth opportunities on the global stage? How will institutional investors perceive and use REITs? Nareit Executive Vice President of Research and Investor Outreach John Worth and a panel of leading portfolio managers, securities analysts, and academics will answer these questions and more during this insightful webinar.
