The COVID-19 Vaccine & Compliance | Unraveling Legal Complexities Surrounding Immunizations in Your Workplace

ON DEMAND UNTIL JANUARY 28, 2022

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

Recent announcements suggest that a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine could be widely available in the first half of 2021. While health care workers will be the first to receive the drug, global pharmaceutical companies are already preparing to build a large enough supply for the general public by March 2021.

This is leading many companies to wonder about the legal ramifications of requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for their workers and suppliers.

Join us for a timely and engaging panel discussion with a top legal expert to learn about the following:

  • Employer’s rights regarding vaccine mandates
  • Legal regulations surrounding health and safety in the workplace
  • How to prepare and educate your own employees and suppliers on what to expect and special accommodations to consider
