Josh Greco

Head of Advisor Business Development, Client Portfolio Manager

Josh is head of advisor business development and client portfolio management at QS Investors. He was formerly a vice president and equity product specialist at Legg Mason & Co, responsible for the competitive positioning of all equity strategies across their multi-affiliate platform.

He held strategic product and marketing positions at Legg Mason & Co for over seven years, and was previously with Goldman Sachs, working in the Investment Management division as a marketing strategist. Josh has a B.S. in finance from Manhattan College and a MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Michael LaBella, CFA

Head of Global Equity Strategy
QS Investors

Michael is head of global equity strategy at QS Investors, responsible for product development, thought leadership and advocacy of QS’ equity business. He is also a member of the Equity Management team, which defines and executes the overall equity business strategy. Michael has served in a number of investment-related roles at QS, including as a senior portfolio manager for global equities, and as head of smart-beta strategy.

In 2017, Business Insider recognized him as a rising star under 35 in asset management. Michael publishes investment insights in industry journals and financial newspapers, and appears regularly in broadcast media. Prior to joining QS in 2011, he was portfolio manager for the Quantitative Strategies group at Deutsche Bank, and an institutional sales trader in its Corporate and Investment Bank. He has a B.S. in financial economics from Binghamton University and holds a CFA designation.

Dave Nadig

Managing Director
ETF.com

Dave is managing director of ETF.com. Previously, he was director of ETFs at FactSet Research Systems, a position he took when ETF.com divested itself of the ETF data business. Dave returned to ETF.com in November 2016, picking up after first joining the firm in 2008.

Dave has been involved in researching, reporting and analyzing the investment management industry for more than 20 years, and recently co-authored a definitive book on ETFs, A Comprehensive Guide To Exchange Traded Funds for the CFA Institute.

As a managing director at Barclays Global Investors, Dave helped design and market some of the first ETFs. With partner Don Luskin, he went on to found MetaMarkets.com, a revolutionary transparent mutual fund company that pushed fund disclosure to the top of the SEC agenda. As co-founder at Cerulli Associates in the early '90s, he conducted some of the earliest research on fee-only financial advisors and the rise of indexing. Dave is widely quoted in the financial press, a regular speaker at finance conferences, and publishes a widely read blog at ETF.com. He has an MBA in Finance from Boston University.
