ON DEMAND THROUGH FEBRUARY 19, 2021
Abstract:
Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) is being touted by many as “next-generation project planning” – and for good reason. Building on long-accepted estimating, scheduling and 3D modeling techniques, AWP pivots a project’s planning philosophy into planning backwards from a defined end goal, focusing on when preceding work is needed in order to increase the likelihood of on-time completion.
AWP is equally relevant to both owner and contractor organizations, driving a more collaborative and transparent approach to executing projects. This webinar details how organizations can excel at AWP-driven projects to ensure more on-time, on-budget project successes.
You’ll learn the benefits of:
- Top-down planning through Path of Construction
- Realistic Work Package development through AI-driven benchmarking
- Digital Thread development through model visualization
- Optimized field execution through Installation Work Package creation, and
- Digital Twin and continuous organizational knowledge improvement
