With extensive experience developing a wide range of products, Adam specializes in carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), energy and pre-workout beverages, and juices. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s in food science from the University of Illinois. Adam’s prior roles include product development positions at PepsiCo (Gatorade), Kraft Foods (processed cheese), and Weber Flavors.
 Erin Smith Senior Marketing Associate Imbibe Erin Smith is Senior Marketing Associate at Imbibe, a leading flavor supplier powered by product development, based just outside Chicago. She specializes in content creation, copywriting, and campaign strategy, helping to shape and execute Imbibe’s multi-platform communications. Erin also leads event initiatives that engage and inspire CPG and foodservice brands as they build their innovation pipelines. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Benedictine University.
