Since joining in 2023, Jake has leveraged his extensive sales leadership experience to support customers in implementing effective AED management and safety programs. He holds a BBA from Western Governors University and brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving results.  Dr. Tad Cowley Medical Director RescueStat & Emergency Medicine, St. Luke’s Health System Dr. Cowley co-founded RescueStat in 2002 to address the critical need for pre-hospital solutions for sudden cardiac arrest. A Stanford University School of Medicine graduate, Dr. Cowley completed his residency at the University Medical Center and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. He practices at St. Luke's Emergency Medicine in Boise, Idaho, and leverages his expertise to advance heart health and cardiac arrest prevention through clinical work and educational outreach.
