As CEO of Lala U.S., Inc. Jorge Ramos leads the Company P&L and its transformation to become a profitable business. Jorge has vast experience across various industries and regions. Prior to joining LALA U.S., Inc., Jorge led the Dairy Products Business Unit and served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Grupo Lala (Mexico). At Unilever, Jorge worked and led Global, Regional and local Teams, based out of Greenwich, CT (USA), Mexico City and Sao Paulo, working with brands such as Dove, Hellmann´s, Kibon, Rexona, Magnum, and Sunsilk. He also held senior roles in Marketing at Mattel, leading the Latam Marketing Boys business and at Universal Pictures, where he built the Licensing group as Country Director in Mexico. br br Jorge has completed coursework towards an MBA at Tecnológico de Monterrey and has an undergraduate in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos. Jorge is currently Member of the Board of Yogurts and Cultured Products at IDFA (International Dairy and Foods Association).
