Across the hospitality sector, the conversation around diversity and inclusion is evolving from compliance and campaigns to cultures where every person genuinely feels they belong.
In this in-depth discussion, four people and culture leaders share how they are redefining inclusion as a core driver of performance.
Drawing on lived experience from diverse business models, our panellists explore the practical work required to embed inclusion into organisational DNA. Themes include creating safe environments, using structured listening as a strategic tool and the pivotal role of leadership in modelling inclusive behaviour.
You will gain insight into how these operators make belonging measurable, how they support colleagues with varied needs and experiences and how inclusion efforts are unlocking retention, progression and high‑performing teams. The discussion goes beyond buzzwords, offering concrete examples of what works, what doesn’t and how to move from performative gestures to meaningful cultural transformation.
This is an essential session for senior leaders seeking actionable, operator‑tested approaches to building workplaces where people don’t just work - they thrive and belong.
