He serves as a leadership team member for BDO's Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry group and the Canadian Technology and Life Sciences industry team. He has advised clients in numerous other industries including real estate, construction, finance, airline, medical, dental, and legal. Dave is on the Innovation Leadership Council for the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) and is a recipient of Ottawa's Forty Under 40 award presented by the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and Ottawa Business Journal. He has contributed to numerous national media publications speaking to all matters of taxation such as the annual federal budget, as well as participated as a judge at the prestigious Queen's University Inter-Collegiate Business Competition.

Jennifer Lucier

Jennifer is a Senior Tax Manager in our Domestic Tax Practice in the GTA. She has vast experience with reorganizations, estate planning, and succession planning. Jennifer focuses on proactive tax plans in order to maximize value through various strategies. She also deals with corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, restructuring, and tax due diligence. Her portfolio includes privately held companies in a variety of industries such as Real Estate & Construction, Professional Services, and Manufacturing. Jennifer frequently speaks on tax planning and technical updates at various seminars such as the CRA Hamilton Practitioners Seminar. Jennifer is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. She is also a Board of Director and Vice-Chair of the Audit Committee for the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation as well as a member of the Estate Planners Committee of Halton (EPCOH).

Quinton Pullen

Quinton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Tax Partner in BDO’s Kelowna office, with over 13 years of public practice experience. Quinton’s primary focus is providing tax planning to owner-managed businesses, particularly with respect to divestiture planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. He has experience helping clients with tax problems ranging from immigration/emigration and US personal tax compliance and planning, to helping create international financing structures for large multinational entities. He has experience working with clients from a wide range of industries, including technology, farming, retail, construction, hospitality, and mining. Quinton also loves to teach, and has been involved in the faculty of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course, from 2013 to the present, tutoring and lecturing at different portions of the program. He has also been a lecturer at other functions, including STEP and CPABC PD courses.
