Extending Probiotics Solutions into Snack and Beverage Categories

Start Date:10/30/2019

Start Time:11:00 AM SGT

Duration:45 minutes

In Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA), fortifying foods and beverages with science-backed probiotic ingredients may be key to meeting the rising demand for food and beverages that offer digestive health benefits.

While demand is clear, the challenge for product manufactures often starts with formulation. Why? Many probiotic strains are fragile and need to be refrigerated, making it hard to offer digestive health benefits in products beyond the dairy aisle.

To solve this solution, product manufactures should look for probiotic that are science-backed and easy to formulate into a wide range of everyday products.

This webinar will explore:

  1. Market specific probiotic and digestive health trends
  2. How spore-forming probiotics help provide solutions to formulation challenges
  3. Innovation ideas that demonstrate how to incorporate a spore-forming probiotic into different product applications
