Dr Antoine Colin is a founder of Rapita Systems and leads the development of the hardware and software product lines of the company. Antoine is the software architect for the RVS software platform and has been the main developer for a large part of its key technologies. Antoine’s core expertise lies in on-target analysis for safety critical and real-time systems (timing analysis, structural coverage, constraints checking, etc.). Antoine has been involved in several research projects focused on a diverse range of technologies including simulation of cryptographic processors, analysis of the impact of modern CPU architecture for space applications and automatic code transformation for fault detection.
Todd Stempel

Mr. Todd Stempel holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics and has over 25 years of Safety-Critical Avionics system, software and hardware experience across a broad range of commercial and military Aircraft platforms subsystems.
He is a contributing member of the RTCA Forum for Aeronautical Software (FAS) since 2017. The RTCA FAS is chartered to provide clarifications to Aerospace industry questions and errata related to DO-178C, DO-278A, and the Supplements (DO-330, DO-331, DO-332, and DO-333). He is also the Co-Chair of RTCA/EASA SC-240/WG-117 SubGroup 1 which will produce a new DO-xxx/ED-yyy document related to Certification of Lower Risk Applications including UAS.
He is the ENSCO Avionics Chief Technologist / Certification Manager and provides Program Management, Project Engineering, Certification Liaison, supplier oversight and organizational technical leadership support as required. He performs DO-178C and DO-254 Gap Analyses.
His contributions span FADEC, Primary and Secondary Power Distribution Systems, Primary Cockpit Displays, Digital Moving Map, Smart Multi-Function Displays, Attitude and Heading Reference Systems, Flight Controls, Targeting Systems, Flight Management Systems, Cabin Systems, Mission Planning, Life Support Systems, Thermal Control Systems, Power Supplies and Mission Processors.
His experience includes FAA and EASA compliance projects for Software and AEH at CEH, SEH, and LRU compliance boundaries ranging from Level A through Level D criticality that have included FADEC AS and OS software, Commercial RTOS (GH, WindRiver), MBDV (Matlab, SCADE, Beacon) for fixed-wing, rotorcraft and advanced VTOL platforms.

Neeraja is responsible for the successful execution of customized engineering programs for our customers and in the continual improvement of the experience our customers have when using our technology to create amazing products. Neeraja has 22+ years of experience in the software industry working on Embedded OSes, Safety Certification, Security, EAL Certification, IoT, and Virtualization/ Separation Kernel technologies. She also has extensive experience in technical project/program management, customer relationship management, operations, and cross-functional team leadership. Prior to Lynx, Neeraja was with Wind River, where she was an Engineering Director, managing a large engineering team responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of core VxWorks products. She holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India and an MS in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay.
