Abstract
The heavy civil construction industry is increasing its adoption of 3D/4D model-based delivery and digital construction management workflows. Why? Because there’s no doubt that these workflows are full of benefits – from the office to the field. But unlocking that value and implementing model-based processes doesn’t happen overnight. Join us as industry experts from Ames Construction, MnDOT, and WSB discuss the many opportunities and benefits they gained from model-based project delivery and how they overcame the challenges associated with implementing these new workflows. During this webinar, you'll:
- Discover how to build a foundation for getting real value from implementing 3D/4D model-based workflows
- Identify how to get started and begin overcoming 3D/4D model challenges
- Explore how Ames Construction and MNDOT are planning to leverage additional value from the growing client requirements on complex infrastructure projects
- Learn best practices for taking your design model on the journey to an operational model – one that can be used by those who build the work
