Scott D. Anderton is Managing Partner of IT & Data Security consulting and managed services provider, ION247. ION247 is a fully owned subsidiary of Star Asset Security (STAR), a traditional physical security and life safety systems integrator. Anderton is leading efforts within STAR to embrace managed services frameworks, including the integration of managed IT and security services. Prior to starting ION247, he held the position of Vice President for NTT Data Inc., the sixth largest IT service provider in the world. Anderton has more than 27 years of business and information technology experience, including having led multiple IT strategy engagements. In addition to his technical background, he has expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business process design, IT due diligence, IT Organizational Change Management, and Transition Services Agreement execution.

Morgan Harris is a multi-certified technology professional with extensive experience in Managed Services. His certifications cover various Cisco, Sonicwall, Star2Star and AMAG solutions. He is also an expert in gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements and designing/re-engineering processes, workflows and technology solutions for various systems and networks. In his current role as Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions for ADT, his primary responsibilities include driving the success of new managed services offering while continually growing a team of IT talent to better support customers in an ever-changing environment. He also manages and supports all aspects of network deployment and installation, systems infrastructure and design for corporations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

J. Matthew Ladd is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Protection Bureau, a leading security and fire systems integrator, providing electronic security services in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has more than 40 years’ experience in all facets of the security business. The Protection Bureau has grown from a small burglar alarm company to a full-service integrator with over $18 million in sales per year and more than 6,500 commercial and government installations nationwide. It has owned and operated a state-of-the-art central monitoring station since 1984.
