Abstract:
It’s no longer enough to simply talk about ‘sustainability’.
Experts today say the beauty industry, and others, must shift from linear to circular thinking if we are to align with the needs of a climate crisis. So, what exactly does this mean in terms of action on-the-ground for manufacturers, suppliers and retailers? And are there any key areas that need to be more closely looked at?
As the circular beauty movement continues to take on new meaning, with prominent big brands, indies and a raft of retailers and suppliers onboarding, this editorial webinar will pool together high-level business leaders and circular economy experts to reflect on how far we’ve come and what more is left to do. Our experts will brainstorm exactly how industry can push circularity efforts - from green chemistry investments, reusable packaging designs, and smart sourcing and recycling models - to drive circular efforts into mass beauty aisles.
