Coupling Artificial Intelligence with Logix for Process Improvements

Start Date:5/1/2019

Start Time:1:00 PM CDT

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

Learn about a new offering from Rockwell Automation that models data in your controller application and uses machine learning to estimate values and detect anomalies in your process. FactoryTalk® Analytics™ LogixAI™ is unlike anything that Rockwell Automation has offered before. This embedded analytics module empowers customers to easily apply machine learning concepts without having to develop, validate or sustain home-grown machine learning algorithms (and without needing expertise in data science). Applying analytics within the controller application is a new fundamental approach to achieving process improvement. This session will introduce you to LogixAI and how it can model your system to identify scrap potential and out of tolerance operational behavior in advance of downtime or losses.
