LG is responsible for Bank of Singapore’s product strategy and the expansion and innovation of the bank’s offerings across key areas such as investment research and strategy, portfolio management, lending structuring and advisory, and wealth planning and trust. He is concurrently OCBC Bank’s Head of Group Wealth Products. He is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the investments and advisory space, across transactional, advisory and discretionary products, as well as wealth planning. Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, he had senior management responsibilities across various roles at UBS Wealth Management, where he was most recently the Asia-Pacific Head of Wealth Planning and Singapore Head of Investment Products and Services. During his 25- year stint with the Swiss bank, he played pivotal roles in developing product strategy across Asia Pacific and establishing product platforms in Taiwan, Japan and China. He was conferred the IBF Fellow award in 2016 in the area of wealth management by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF). The IBF Fellow title recognises industry veterans who exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (2nd Upper Honours) from The London School of Economics.
George Yeo
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Singapore & Senior Advisor to Kuok Group and Kerry Logistics Net
George Yeo is the Senior Adviser to both Kuok Group and Kerry Logistics Network.
From 1988 to 2011, he served 23 years in the Singapore Government, as Minister for Information and the Arts, Health, Trade & Industry, and Foreign Affairs.
Mr Yeo has a BA in Engineering (Double First) from Cambridge University and an MBA (Baker Scholar) from Harvard University.
He started as a Signals Officer in the Singapore Army, crossed over to the Air Force, became Chief-of-Staff of the Air Staff, and attained the rank of Brigadier-General as Director of Joint Operations and Planning in the Defence Ministry before resigning to enter politics in 1988.
Mr Yeo is a member of the Board of Trustees of Berggruen Institute on Governance, International Advisory Panel of Peking University, Senior Advisory Council of Beijing Forum, International Advisory Board of IESE Business School, International Advisory Council of China's Eco Forum Global Guiyang, International Advisory Board of Japan's National Graduate School for International Policy Studies (GRIPS), International Advisory Committee of Mitsubishi Corporation and the MUFG Global Advisory Board.
He is an independent Board member of AIA, Pinduoduo, an e-commerce company newly listed on NASDAQ and New Yangon Development Corporation. He is a senior advisor to Brunswick for its geopolitical initiative and, recently, to Singapore’s V3 Group. Mr Yeo served as a Member of the Pontifical Commission for Reference on the Economic-Administrative Structure of the Holy See from year 2013-2014 and the Vatican Council for the Economy from February 2014 to July 2020.
Samuel N. Tsien

Mr Tsien is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC). He also serves on the boards of major OCBC Group companies, including Great Eastern Holdings Ltd, Bank of Singapore Ltd, OCBC Wing Hang Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Wing Hang Bank (China) Ltd and on the Board of Commissioner of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. He is also a Director of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd and Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship Fund. His other commitments include serving as the Chairman of the Association of Banks in Singapore and the Vice Chairman of the IBF Council, a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Financial Centre Advisory Panel and a member of the MAS Payments Council. Mr Tsien holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is an IBF Distinguished Fellow.
Mansoor Mohi-uddin

Mohi-uddin is a macroeconomist and financial market strategist with two decades experience covering institutional investors around the world. Mansoor speaks to policymakers and central bankers and maintains links with think-tanks in Washington and Beijing. Mansoor was most recently at the Royal Bank of Scotland’s investment arm, NatWest Markets, where he was the Asia region's Macro Strategist and previously the bank’s Global Head of FX Strategy. Prior to joining RBS, Mansoor spent 17 years at UBS in London, Zurich and Singapore where he was also Global Head of FX Strategy from 2002 to 2014. Mansoor holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Selena is the Chief Economist for OCBC Bank. As Head of Treasury Research & Strategy, she leads a research team that is responsible for Treasury market research, forecasts and trading recommendations for the bank, covering fixed income, interest rates, corporate credit, foreign exchange and macroeconomic commentary. Under her leadership, OCBC’s research capabilities have been greatly valued by customers and highly ranked in surveys.
She is a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel for Singapore and Malaysia, as well as a council member for the Economic Society of Singapore. She was conferred the IBF Fellow Award in Financial Markets in 2017. Her research writings has been extensively quoted and published by prominent media across print, television and radio.
Prior to joining OCBC in August 2000, Selena was with the Fiscal Policy Unit under the Ministry of Finance (MOF), and the Economics Department in the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).
Tommy Xie, FRM

Tommy Xie joined OCBC Global Treasury in January 2008 as the economist for Treasury Research & Strategy. He is responsible for the Greater China economic research and currently heading the Greater China research team for OCBC Group and OCBC Wing Hang. His views are regularly cited in both English news wires such as Reuters, Dow Jones, Bloomberg and the top tier Chinese news wire such as People’s Daily, Xinhua, and Lianhe Zaobao. He is also the bilingual regular commentator on the televised media in Singapore and China. Mr Eli Lee

Eli Lee is Head of Investment Strategy at Bank of Singapore and he plays a central role in developing asset allocation and thematic strategies across global asset classes for the Bank.
He is a key member of Bank of Singapore’s investment committee, which determines the Group’s overall investment strategy and direction, and serves as a member of the OCBC Group Wealth Panel. He also previously led the Special Situations Research team at OCBC Investment Research. As an investment thought leader, Eli’s independent perspectives are often sought after by international media, including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and CNBC.
With close to two decades of industry experience, Eli began his investment career at the Wellington Management Company in Boston. He graduated from Harvard University with an MA in statistics.

Todd Schubert is the Head of Fixed Income Research for Bank of Singapore. He joined the Bank’s predecessor ING Asia Private Bank in 2008. Prior to that he was Head of Asian Fixed Income Research at Deutsche Bank as well as a Global Credit Portfolio Manager with the Government of Singapore Investment Corp.
During his more than 30 years of Investment Experience Todd has also worked for a number of major U.S. Financial Institutions including USAA and GE Asset Management.

Teo Joo Wah is the Chief Investment Officer at Lion Global Investors. He manages the firm’s Investment Division and is responsible for making asset allocation calls and overseeing the implementation of key portfolio strategies and developing new ones. In addition, he heads the Fixed Income team.

Mr Ching also oversees Group Customer Experience and OCBC Bank’s fintech and innovation unit, The Open Vault at OCBC. In his tenure with OCBC Bank, he has held senior management responsibilities across various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group Operations and Technology and Head of Transaction Banking. Mr Ching has more than 35 years of experience in regional finance, corporate banking and cash management. Before joining OCBC, he was Director of Corporate Finance, Philips Electronics Asia Pacific. He also held senior regional assignments in Bank of America and was Treasurer of Union Carbide Asia Pacific. Mr Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
