Start Date:7/21/2021

Start Time:12:00 PM EDT

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

There is nothing more important than understanding what consumers want – both present customers, as well as ones you hope to win over. These are the stakeholders that hold the key to any brand’s success.

The good news: There are more avenues than ever to collect their feedback and most, if not all brands, understand how important it is to do so. The problem: Most brands think they have the pulse of consumers, but is it at the level they need?

PRWeek and NetBase Quid recently published the results of an exclusive survey that looks deep into where comms pros currently stand on their consumer-intelligence capabilities. Broadly speaking: There is room for improvement for nearly all PR pros and their brands – and that’s where this webcast comes in.

Featuring industry leaders, during these 60 minutes we will bring the report to life by sharing data and offering expert insights and counsel on issues including:

•What to listen for – and where – at every stage of the customer journey
•The amount of focus brands should commit to knowing precisely how consumers feel about their competitors – and why
•Best ways to increase your understanding of consumer trends, emotions and behaviors, which drive purchase decisions
•And much more

Speakers:
-Michael Gonda, CCO, McDonald's
-Paige Leidig, CMO, NetBase Quid
